• Store pickup: free in Donostia, Eibar, Lekeitio, Urbil and Zarautz. Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
• Standard home delivery (24/48 h): €4.95 for orders up to €79.99 and free from €80.
• Service Point pickup: €4.95 for orders up to €79.99 and free from €80. The pickup point is selected after payment.

Portugal

• Standard home delivery (24/48 h): €4.95.
• 24/7 InPost Lockers & Shops: €3.95.

Andorra

• Standard shipping: €4.95.
• Correos Service Point pickup: €3.95.

Germany

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday, sales or promotions, delivery times may be longer.

Exchanges and returns

You can exchange or return items purchased from our online store within 30 days of receiving your order.

Garments must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Online orders can be handled at our physical stores or returned by shipping.

Exchanges and returns in store

Present your order confirmation or delivery note at any of our physical stores. You may exchange the garment for another item or return it and receive a store credit for the same amount, valid for 1 year.

Return by shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Pack the items securely in their original packaging or similar packaging and include the buyer's name and order number.

You may send the parcel using the courier of your choice. We recommend a tracked or signed-for service; we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or received damaged.

If you prefer to request a home collection, email luabasque@gmail.com with your order number, address and preferred time slot. We will confirm the collection cost beforehand; it will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once we receive the parcel, we will inspect the products and, if everything is in order, issue the refund to the original payment method.

The refund may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds can only be processed for products purchased from our online store.
